NEW! Medics will journey into a different area of medicine where doctors and scientists specialize in identifying and analyzing microscopic clues to help solve crimes. Think of them as doctor detectives!
Junior Medics will explore forensic pathology, odontology (teeth), entomology (insects), anthropology (bones) as well as DNA, blood basics and dactyloscopy (fingerprints). Throughout the week, Medics will be presented with team challenges where they will use their problem solving skills and attention to detail to successfully complete each activity. At the end of the week they use all of their skills to solve a robbery. There may even be a few escape room type challenges!
Younger age groups will be exploring bugs, nature, genetic traits in animals and humans, fingerprints, footprints, scat and then use their observational skills to solve crimes of theft.
Note: Content and activities have been customized for each age group and are not intended to be scary. Every effort has been made to present the information and activities in age appropriate, kid friendly ways but if your child is particularly sensitive, our Discover and Explore camps would be a better fit.

The first aid component of FALCON will cover all of the topics found in a traditional standard first aid and CPR course as well as psychological first aid, a topic that's particularly relevant in today's environment.
The leadership portion will focus on building self esteem and confidence, improving communication skills, inspiring creativity, collaborating with others to achieve a shared goal and engendering trust and compassion for others. We believe these are qualities of a great leader regardless of their career path.
If your teen is interested in learning first aid, enjoys the field of medical science and wants to take their leadership skills to the next level, FALCON by Medics Camp is the elite leadership camp for youth who want to be prepared for the future.
FALCON is lead by our founder, Amanda Farris and only 8-10 youth per week will be allowed to register so that more individualized attention can be given.

COVID-19 Policies and Protocols:
Medics Camp is a science based camp and will meet or exceed public health guidance. Many of our in-person activities require close contact, shared equipment and we often have campers and staff with medical conditions that put them at greater risk for complications related to COVID. For the same reason we have a NO NUTS policy at Medics Camp to protect others, we may need to impose certain policies related to COVID to protect others. Our onsite Medics Camp team members are required to be fully vaccinated but at this time we will not require proof of vaccination from campers. As the situation with COVID is constantly evolving, our policies are also subject to change so final policies will be provided to families in June.
If you or your child are uncomfortable with our onsite COVID policies or are unable to attend due to a health condition or disability, we encourage you to register for one of our 9 unique virtual camp sessions instead. These are another great way for kids to experience Medics Camp.
FREE Before & After Care: Before care is from 8:30am-9am and after care is from 3:30pm-4pm
Extended Care: Paid extended care is available from 4pm-5pm for an additional $50 per child per week. If you register the same child for 2 or more weeks of onsite Medics Camp, extended care until 5pm is free.
NOTE: All campers and staff MUST exit the school by 5pm as our permit ends at 5pm-no exceptions.
