A Mentorship-Driven Experience
Beginning in 2026, Medics Camp is launching a formalized mentorship program designed to support our team at every stage of their development, from new volunteers exploring healthcare for the first time to experienced instructors preparing for competitive post-secondary programs.
Our mentorship model is built around coaching, skill-building, reflection, and community support. You won’t just help kids learn; you’ll build confidence, shape your leadership style, and develop real-world experience that matters.
