We understand that your plans may change and you may need to cancel or change your child's camp registration. We are pleased to provide the following policies for our summer camps.

2026 Summer Camps:

• Cancellations made before April 15, 2026 will be refunded at 100%

• Cancellations made after April 15, 2026  but before May 15th, 2026 will be refunded at 50%

• No refunds are available after May 15th, 2026 for ANY reason

• You may request a transfer to another session if a space is available for your age group.

• Any requests for cancellation must be made in writing to info@medicscamp.com

COVID Policy: If your child has a suspected or confirmed case of COVID or other illness the week of their camp, do not send them to Medics Camp. We will send any child home who appears ill/infectious.  Contact us and we will do our best to transfer them to a different session if a space is available.
