We understand that your plans may change and you may need to cancel or change your child's camp registration. We are pleased to provide the following policies for our summer camps.

2026 Summer Camps in Ontario Cancellation Policies 2026:

• Cancellations made before April 15, 2026 will be refunded at 100%

• Cancellations made after April 15, 2026  but before May 15th, 2026 will be refunded at 50%

• No refunds are available after May 15th, 2026 for ANY reason

• You may request a transfer to another session if a space is available for your age group.

• Any requests for cancellation must be made in writing to info@medicscamp.com

2026 Summer Camps in British Columbia Cancellation Policies 2026:

 

• Cancellations before May 1, 2026: 100% refund

• Cancellations between May 2 and May 31, 2026: 50% refund

• Cancellations after May 30, 2026: No refunds

 

Requests for cancellations at any location must be submitted in writing to info@medicscamp.com

 

Transfers: If space is available in another session this summer for your child’s age group, a transfer may be arranged.
