Are you a high school student between the ages of 14–17 with a passion for health, medical science, or helping others? Do you have a kind heart, a fun spirit, and a genuine love for working with children? If so, Medics Camp is the perfect place for you!

As a Counselor, you’ll be part of a team that brings medical science to life for young campers through exciting hands-on STEM activities and experiments. You’ll assist instructors, help organize daily lessons, and guide campers as they explore topics like anatomy, first aid, and the human body in a fun and supportive setting.

Counselors at Medics Camp are paid volunteers, receiving a weekly stipend based on age and prior experience. More importantly, you’ll gain experience with one of the top 10% of STEM.org accredited programs worldwide, an achievement that looks impressive on any resume or university application. You’ll develop valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills while working alongside university or graduate level instructors who serve as mentors and role models.

To join our team, counselors must hold Standard First Aid and CPR certification, demonstrate reliability, and have a positive, compassionate attitude toward working with children. We’re looking for students who want to grow, learn, and contribute, not just earn a paycheque.

Volunteering at Medics Camp is an incredible opportunity to gain insight into the medical field, strengthen your university applications, and make a meaningful difference in your community. You’ll leave each week with new friendships, greater confidence, and the satisfaction of knowing you’ve inspired future doctors and healthcare heroes just like you.

Join us this summer and take your first step toward a future in healthcare while being part of something truly special.
