If so, the Instructor position at Medics Camp offers a unique opportunity to combine your love of medicine, STEM, and learning in a paid leadership role that makes a real impact.
At Medics Camp, you’ll be part of a vibrant, mission-driven team that inspires the next generation of doctors, and medical professionals.. Instructors lead interactive, pre-curated medical science lessons that bring topics like anatomy, first aid, and human biology to life through engaging hands-on activities and real-world simulations. You’ll mentor high school counselors, volunteers, and co-op students, guiding them in leadership and teaching while fostering a fun, inclusive, and educational environment for campers.
We’re seeking motivated, energetic, and confident leaders who want to do more than just earn a paycheck, they want to make a difference. Ideal candidates can think on their feet, communicate clearly, manage groups effectively, and bring genuine enthusiasm to every lesson.
This is a paid seasonal position, but the experience extends far beyond the summer.
