Frequently Asked Questions
Not at all. This is designed for all experience levels and focus on curiosity, exploration, confidence-building, and hands-on learning and fun! We know not every guest wants to be a doctor so our programs have been intentionally designed to balance our STEM accredited programs will hands-on activities that are fun for everyone.
The structured Medics Camp portion of the party is 90 minutes. Online booking slots appear as 2-hour blocks to allow time for:

The Medics Camp Birthday “Hospital-to-Home” experience is designed to be hosted at a venue of your choice. This can be your home, a community center, party room, or any approved indoor venue.
The space must comfortably accommodate:

Instructor equipment

Safe movement throughout the session
In some cases, families may be asked to provide photos of their proposed venue space prior to final approval so we can confirm suitability for the residency activities.

In many cases, yes. As long as there is enough space for safe movement and structured activity stations, residencies can often be adapted for condos, party rooms, or smaller indoor venues.
To ensure a safe and successful residency experience, all venue spaces must:

Allow sufficient space for activities and movement

Be free from hazards that could interfere with programming
If your household has pets, they must be safely secured away from the residency area during the session. This helps avoid:

While Medics Camp instructors lead the STEM programming, parents/guardians remain responsible for:

We strongly recommend booking early, especially for fall weekends, as availability is limited and residency slots are expected to fill quickly.
At least one parent or guardian must remain onsite for the duration of the program.
Yes, provided they fall within the recommended age range and are included in the final guest count.
We recommend comfortable clothing that allows children to move freely and participate in hands-on STEM activities. Some activities may involve medical-themed role-play or interactive experiments.

No. Medics Camp Birthday Residencies use our exclusive Vault Curriculum™, meaning birthday residency activities are never duplicated in Medics Camp summer camp programming. This is part of our “No-Repeat” Promise.

Yes. Once your balance has been paid in full, families will receive a confirmation email that includes a downloadable Medics Camp Residency Invitation PDF.

This service is currently available within the Greater Toronto Area. Our standard service area includes locations within 25km of Richmond Hill, Ontario.
If your location falls outside our current radius but remains within the GTA, please contact us for a custom travel quote.
Yes. The greater Toronto area is our initial launch. We expect to expand to other locations including Metro Vancouver in early 2027. Sign up for our Newsletter and follow us on social media for updates and promotions related to all of our programming.
Yes. Each September, Medics Camp will release one brand-new specialty for each age group, allowing returning families to experience completely new medical adventures year after year.
Yes. Non-refundable $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
Final payments are due by: August 1, 2026.
All bookings after August 1st will be required to pay their invoice 35 days prior to their event. Unpaid balances risk losing their booking and deposit.
Yes. Families may transfer their booking to another available date or time slot without losing their deposit.
